Network-ability
We don't have just one Network of Private Practice Physicians for Health Plan administrators to accept on a
'Take-It-or-Leave-It' basis. We have a Network that is just right for your health plan and its specific needs.
Depending on whether we are providing Vision-Care services or Eye-Care services we can offer an "Optometrists-Only"
Provider Network, an Ophthalmologists-Only Provider Network, or a combined "Optometrists & Ophthalmologists" Network.
In fact, we can tailor a Network to meet the needs of each individual Health Plan we serve. With those parameters in mind, we
can provide specific City-Wide, County-Wide, Region-Wide or Statewide Networks for individual Health Plans.

Scope of Services
FOPN's Vision-Care / Eye-Care services are divided into four categories:
(a) Commercial Plans; (b) 'Healthy Kids' Plans;
(c) Medicare Plans; and (d) Medicaid Plans.
All of FOPN's service agreements can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the contracting
organization. That includes individual Managed-Care companies; Professional or Trade Associations;
other Not-for-Profit Organizations; independent companies and corporations, and local and state
governments. The greatest flexibility in structuring Vision-Care / Eye-Care benefits falls under
the 'Commercial' heading. 'Healthy Kids', Medicare and Medicaid plans are usually shaped by the
specific government program and its mandated benefits however voluntarily enriched by Managed-Care organizations.
